TNG cast return for Star Trek: Picard Final Season
We thought we'd seen them for the last time in Star Trek: Nemesis in 2002. But 20 years on, Marina and all TNG main cast have returned in Star Trek: Picard's third and final season!
Marina and Jonathan Frakes previously appeared as Troi and Riker in the season one episode "Nepenthe." They join Patrick Stewart, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, LeVar Burton and Brent Spiner in the final season.
Marina moved back to London in 2020 and chose to only return to L.A. for 2 months to film Picard. So Deanna Troi is in the season less than everyone else due to Marina’s choice. But Troi an important part in the final few!

“Oli arrives at the door of Marianne, a fading jobbing actress. He’s impatient to make an impression, to make a friend. Marianne knows about waiting – for her turn at something more substantial than a half-remembered role on a cult TV show, for her best friend to see her differently. As Oli forces her back into the past, and a strange, outrageous world she hasn’t visited in almost 40 years, Marianne must find her own way into the future – and together they begin to discover what every good relationship needs: time and space.”
